We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund.
For best care, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. To preserve the integrity of the fabric, do not dry clean or bleach. After washing, gently reshape and lay flat to dry—avoiding twisting or wringing.
